Lessons: PDF display

Hi!

I've encountered the following problems when viewing a PDF file in a lesson:

The toolbar menu is enormous - to the extent that a learner won't see much of the PDF content at once. Would it be possible to trim the space indicated by the red arrow?
Once you full-screen a PDF, the toolbar menu is no longer accessible, meaning you can't zoom in or out. You can't use the browser's zoom function either, because then the visual quality of the PDF gets severely distorted.

A quick solution might be to replicate the same toolbar function in regular view to full-screen view.
