Breakout rooms

Breakout rooms

A breakout room can be used to split your audience into specific groups for team-building tasks, leaner-specific activities and even offer varying course content based on specific user needs.

For example, if you have 100 participants in a session, you can split them into 10 groups with 10 learners each and have different tasks/lesson schedule running in each room.

To launch a breakout room:

1. Once you launch a session, click on Breakout room in the bottom pane.

2. You can choose the number of rooms you wish to split your audience into by clicking on the drop-down.

3. You can also choose to manually assign the participants to specific rooms and have them split automatically to each room.

4. Once participants have been allocated their respective rooms, you can click on Open breakout rooms on the top right to launch the breakout session.
