Delete an academy

If you wish to cancel your TrainerCentral subscription, you can downgrade your plan to a Free plan. This will let you can come back anytime to the platform with all your data intact. 

 

However, if you wish to delete your academy once and for all, TrainerCentral allows you to do so by clicking Delete Academy under the General Settings section. 




We highly recommend exporting all your academy data like learner details and live workshop analytics before you delete the academy.

Note that when you delete an academy: 

  • You will no longer be able to access any data or materials. 

  • All your learners' subscriptions and active course purchases will be canceled. 

  • Your academy domain will no longer exist. Prospects/learners will not be able to access your academy anymore. 

  • All your trainers will be removed from the academy and will no longer have access to it. 

  • Any Zapier, Zoho Flow, or API integrations configured will no longer function, and the triggers and actions you have set up will fail. 

Note: Only the super admin of your academy can delete the academy.
