Enable and disable browser cookies to facilitate uploading and downloading of materials

As an academy admin or trainer, if you encounter any errors while uploading course materials and images to your library or downloading files from the academy, please ensure that your browser settings are configured according to the guidelines provided in this help article.
The academies created in Japan DC, and the academies using their custom domain have to enable and disable browser cookies as listed in the help article.
The browser settings configuration for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari are explained below.

Google Chrome


  1. Navigate to Google Chrome's Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy and Security tab.
  3. Choose Third-party cookies.
  4. Select the Allow third-party cookies option.

Mozilla Firefox 



  1. Navigate to the Mozilla browser's Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security tab.
  3. Choose the Custom option.
  4. In the Cookies option, select Cross-site tracking cookies.
There is one more setting that needs to be configured in the Mozilla website address bar.

  1. Click on the Shield icon next to your website's address.
  2. Enable the Enhanced Tracking Protection is ON for this site.

Apple Safari


  1. Navigate to Apple Safari's Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Disable the Prevent cross-site tracking option in Website tracking.
  1. Some browser-based privacy extensions (such as DuckDuckGo essentials) may cause errors, so it's essential to thoroughly check them.
  2. Once you have made all of the changes to your browser settings, please reload the TrainerCentral tab for the changes to take effect.
