How can I invite a trainer to my academy?
Navigate to the Users pane and click on Invite Trainers under the Trainers tab.
Enter their name and email address and click on Invite.
How can I bulk invite trainers to my academy?
Navigate to the Users pane and click on Invite users under the Trainers tab and choose the Invite multiple trainers option. Enter multiple email addresses and click on Invite.
How do I remove a trainer from my academy?
Navigate to the user pane and under the trainers tab, click on Remove user next to the trainer's name
What are the roles that are assigned to a trainer?
The various roles that can be assigned to a user in your academy is
1. Super Admin: The owner of the account, has access to all tabs. The account to which the billing invoice is raised.
2. Admin: The user who has access to the Administration tab, can schedule sessions, can launch courses etc.
3. Trainer: The user who can launch courses, conduct workshops but has no access to Administration tab.
Where can I see invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted?
You can view all the pending invitations in your academy (where the invitation has been sent out to the user it's not been accepted by them yet). Navigate to the Users pane and click on View Pending Invitations and here you can resend the invitation or even delete them.
