Publish your course at a specific date and time
For various reasons, trainers may not want to publish a course immediately and plan to publish it at any later date and time. TrainerCentral allows you to set a specific date and time for the course to be published.
To publish the course on a specific date and time:
Click on the Publish tab and select Schedule.
Enter your preferred date and time for your course to be published.
If you wish to alter the set date and time, you can change the saved schedule by clicking Reschedule.
If you wish to cancel the scheduled publishing and release your course immediately, you can delete the preferred date and time and go ahead with publishing your course any time you wish.
Unpublish a course
If you wish to take your course offline and not have prospects accessing it in the future, you can choose to unpublish the course. Once unpublished, only those already enrolled in the course or those you send the course URL directly to will be able to access it.
NOTE: Make sure you’ve set up a pricing plan before directing users to your private course page. Otherwise, potential students will not be able to enroll.
