In TrainerCentral, you can conduct paid trainings by adding tickets to your sessions. This helps you monetize all your virtual classroom sessions. Before you add tickets, the account Admin has to configure the base currency type and set up a payment gateway.
1. After creating a session, go to the Pricing tab at the top, and click Add .
2. Enter a name for the ticket, select a monetary value and enter your tax preferences.
3. Click Create ticket.
You can now do any of the following:
1. Alter the ticket details by clicking the edit button on the right.
2. If you wish to allow trainees to participate for free, you can choose to deactivate this ticket for a training session using the toggle button in the right.
3. Kindly note that only the ticket that you choose to display under the "Display on site" column will be shown on your session's webpage. The other tickets configured here will not be displayed on the site.
Once participants register for your training, they will be displayed under the Reports tab. Within this tab, you can view your attendee's payment details, tickets purchased, total revenue of the training, and more.
