Embed a session
TrainerCentral allows you to embed a session to your own webpage or blog. You can embed the session's registration form or the session widget and have prospects register for your workshops directly from your page. To embed a session,
- To embed a session's registration form, click on Embed registration from under the Promote tab.
2. You can specify where this form will be embedded so that it would be helpful to track the source of the registrants later.
3. You will find an iframe code in this section which you can paste (in the HTML code section) in your webpage for the form to be embedded.

Share your session
TrainerCentral allows you to easily promote and share your session across all your circles by pasting the link in your blog or personal website. To copy and promote the session URL,
1. Click on Share session link under the Promote tab.
2. Copy the URL and paste in your preferred medium (blog/site)
Publish session on the academy page
Any session that you configure can be added to the academy webpage so that your session has better reach and visibility with the prospects and learners who visit your academy's page frequently.
To publish the session, navigate to the Promote tab and check the Publish in site checkbox.
Duplicate a session
If you already have a training that is set up with polls, surveys, and emails, you can copy it into a newly scheduled session with a single click.
Here is how you duplicate a session:
1. Select the training you want to make a copy of and click the Duplicate button on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Now, enter the session details for the copy you want to create and click Duplicate.
You can now see the new session created which includes the session material, polls, and registration settings of the original training.
