Set up a live lesson

TrainerCentral enables you to host live lesson by allowing you to broadcast your voice and video, screen share, showcase videos and present slideshows to attendees in different locations. 

Setup a live lesson: 

  1. After creating a course, click on the Curriculum tab and click on Add live lesson

  1. Enter a Session Name and Description.
  2. Choose the Date, Time, and Duration of the session.
  3. Choose a suitable trainer from your organization as the Session host
  4. Click Create Session.


Here you can add session materials, customize polls, add handouts, configure tests etc. You can also customize advanced session settings like email reminders, live lesson customizations etc. 



Click Launch in the upper-right corner to start your session.


 

Audio/Video choices : 

1. After launching the created session, you will be prompted to choose Audio and Video devices from the dropdown, to broadcast yourself.
2. After choosing the hardware suitable for your audio and video access, click Continue



You can also choose not to broadcast your audio or video using the toggle off button.

Click Start Broadcast to begin sharing your session with your attendees. They can now hear you, see you, and view your slides as you move through your presentation.
