Assessment reports
let you track learner performance for published assessments. Reports become available after at least one learner submits an attempt. Assessment reports help you review individual and overall learner performance, compare multiple attempts, verify learner responses, update scores when required, and identify performance trends to better evaluate learning outcomes. You can also apply filters and create custom views to quickly find the assessment data you need.

NotesNote: Assessment reports are available only for published assessments. Admins can view reports for all assessments, while trainers can only view and manage reports for the assessments they have created.

Access assessment reports

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left menu.

  2. Click Assessment Reports.

The report displays all learners who have attempted your published assessments, along with details such as the assessment name and score percentage.

View learner attempts

Click a learner's name to view their assessment details. Here you can see:

  • The assessment name

  • Total number of attempts made by the learner

  • Result, score, percentage, and attempt date for each attempt

If a learner has attempted an assessment multiple times, select the required attempt from the Attempt drop-down in the top-right corner to review that specific submission.

Review assessment details

Select an attempt to view a detailed breakdown of the learner's performance, including:

  • Assessment score and pass/fail status

  • Date and time the assessment was taken

  • Time spent completing the assessment

  • Number of correct, incorrect, skipped, and yet-to-be-graded responses

Use the All Questions filter to view:

  • All questions

  • Correct questions

  • Incorrect questions

  • Skipped questions

  • Yet-to-be-graded questions

Edit learner scores

If you need to revise a learner's score, such as after reviewing a grading request or correcting an evaluation, you can update the marks for individual questions.

To edit a score:

  1. Open the required learner attempt.

  2. Locate the question you want to update.

  3. Click Edit beside the question.

  4. Enter the revised marks.

  5. Click Save.

The learner's total score, percentage, and pass or fail result are automatically recalculated based on the updated score.

Notes

Note: Essay questions that have been answered appear with the Yet to be graded status until they are evaluated.

Filter assessment reports

Use Filters to narrow your report based on learner information or assessment-specific fields, making it easier to locate particular records.

You can filter reports using:

  • Learner profile fields

  • Custom learner fields

  • Assessment name

  • Result

  • Attempts

  • Score percentage

Choose whether records should match all selected criteria or any selected criteria before applying the filter.

Create custom views

If you frequently use the same filter combination, save it as a custom view for quick access.

To create a custom view:

  1. Click the All drop-down.

  2. Select Create Custom View.

  3. Enter a name for the view.

  4. Configure the required filter criteria.

  5. (Optional) Choose to display custom columns or share the view with other admins.

  6. Click Save View.

The saved custom view can be selected from the All drop-down whenever you need it.

Export assessment reports

You can export assessment reports to an Excel (.xlsx) file for offline review, record keeping, or further analysis. Reports can be exported either for multiple learners at once or for an individual learner's assessment attempt.
