Offering different custom domains for trainers and learners

Hello Admins,

We're rolling out a security enhancement that benefits all users with a custom domain configuration.

Currently, you might be using the same custom domain for both your admins and your learners. For security purposes, we suggest using a separate domain instead of using the same one.

Custom domains must be changed on or before First October, 2024. If the custom domain remains unchanged, we'll set the TrainerCentral-provided domain (<your-academy-name>.trainercentral.com) as the default for admins.

For example, let’s assume that Sarah hosts her website with the URL "https://training.zylker.com," which both her learners and admins use to access her academy. Suppose a malicious user uploads a malignant file for an assignment; the security of both learner and admin domains will be impacted.
To avoid this, she needs to map her learners and admins to two different domains.

She can create two domains, for example:

1. A domain "https://academy.zylker.com," which her learners can use to log in.

2. Another domain "https://admin.zylker.com," which her academy's admins can use to log in.

In short, there must be two separate domains for your admins and learners to log in.

Please note that a sub-domain can be used instead of a new domain.
