Foster productive sessions with survey insights

Hello everyone,

As a trainer, you constantly strive to evaluate the effectiveness of your sessions. Analyzing attendees' feedback is a key way to measure their impact. These insights help you create the best possible learning experience for your attendees.

Welcome to TrainerCentral's spotlight post series. In today’s post, we’ll highlight the Survey feature, which helps you gather feedback from attendees.

What is a survey?

A survey is a set of questionnaires that helps you understand and evaluate your attendees. In TrainerCentral, you can launch your survey after your session to understand your attendees' comprehension, preferences, and expectations.

How to launch your survey

You can enable this feature in the settings to display a survey after each session automatically, featuring default questions such as "Rate this session" and "Give us your feedback." Learn how to enable the survey for your session here.

You can also customize the default survey by editing and adding more questions. They can be text area, multiple choice question, single choice question, or star rating.

How to analyze the feedback

After the session ends, you can view a comprehensive and consolidated analysis of your session results under the Analytics tab. You can also obtain a detailed report for each separate survey question. This will provide you with insights into the choices the attendees made.

What are the benefits of using surveys in your session?

  • They provide actionable insights for future sessions.

  • They improve attendees' retention by making them feel heard.

  • They support data-driven decisions for training improvements.

  • They enhance engagement by turning passive attendees into active participants.

Leverage these surveys now to enhance your session's effectiveness.
