Ensure continuous learning with instant session recording

Ensure continuous learning with instant session recording

Hello everyone,

Let's say you conducted an introduction session on IT security compliance.
Unfortunately, one of the attendees, Sarah, couldn't attend the session she registered for. Similarly, Elmer, who was eager to participate, missed it. They wanted you to repeat the session. However, conducting the session once more will drain you both physically and mentally. Nevertheless, you want them to receive the session materials and encourage them to sign up for the next session on the same subject.

Welcome to the TrainerCentral Tips and Tricks series. Today, we'll provide tips on how to handle this situation.

Recording your session serves as a reference document to review your teaching and enhance accessibility for learners. It can be captured in audio, video, and screen-sharing formats, saved as MP4 files, and stored in the library.

How can we share the recordings?

Click Send recording to registrants who failed to attend in the Lesson Details to automatically send the recordings to those who missed the session. You can also send recordings to the attendees and registrants by clicking the corresponding link.

You can also send the recording to individuals using their email addresses.

  1. Navigate to the Library at the left pane.

  2. Click the Recordings tab.

  3. Select the share icon of the recording you want to share. The Share recording window will display.

  4. Enter the email address and click Share.
