We've just introduced a new feature on TrainerCentral called Groups. This feature lets you organize learners into specific groups, assign moderators, and keep track of their progress with ease. 

Imagine you own a real estate agency that caters to both individuals and businesses. Your agency has partnered with five firms, and you want to educate their employees on real estate operations.

To make this process more efficient, you can now group your employees based on their respective firms. You can also assign a manager from each firm as a moderator to monitor the learning process. This way, both you and the managers can keep track of employees' progress and generate reports. This system helps to efficiently manage your business.

This feature is available only in the professional plan.

Consider another scenario. You run an online marketing academy, offering courses on different aspects of marketing, such as content marketing, social media marketing, and search engine marketing. When people sign up for your courses, they have to fill out a form with some details like their age and where they live. You believe that people of different ages might learn best in different ways, so you want to keep track of how your students are doing based on their age.

So, you group your students into age groups like 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, and so on. By doing this, you can see how each age group is doing in your courses all in one place.
