Add the count of handouts on lesson pages
When viewing and updating lessons, I've noticed that I cannot see if there are handouts saved to the lesson without clicking on the Handouts tab. It would be helpful if the Handouts tab showed the count of items.

At present, the layout of the Lesson | Text Material doesn't ensure the SAVE button is always visible, even in full screen mode. This is on account of the scrolling for the page and the text content and due to the height setting for the text content.
