Create and manage Question Banks

Create and manage Question Banks

Question Banks help you create and organize reusable questions that can be used across your assessments. Instead of creating the same questions repeatedly, you can maintain a centralized repository of questions, group them into topics, and add them whenever needed.

NotesNote: Question Banks are currently only available for standalone assessments.

Create a Question Bank

Create separate Question Banks to organize questions by subject, department, certification, or any other category that suits your training needs.

To create a Question Bank:

  1. Navigate to Library > Question Bank and click Create Question Bank.

  2. Enter the Name and Description, then click Create.

Your Question Bank is now ready for you to add topics and questions.

Create and manage topics

Topics help organize questions within a Question Bank. For example, you can group questions by chapters, concepts, or difficulty levels.
