Publish SCORM courses

Publish SCORM courses

When your SCORM courses are ready, publish them to make them accessible to learners so they can register and start learning. This also helps you control availability and reach the right audience at the right time.

Access Registration & Availability Settings

  1. Navigate to your SCORM course in the left pane.

  2. Go to the Publish section.

  3. Click Publish or Reschedule (for already scheduled courses).

  4. Configure the Registration and Availability timeframes.

Registration

The Registration section defines the time window during which learners can enrol in the course.

Start Date: Choose when registration begins, either immediately or on a custom date.

End Date: Choose when registration closes by selecting a custom date.

Availability

The Availability section defines when the course is accessible to enrolled learners.

Start Date: Choose when availability begins, either immediately or on a custom date.

End Date: Choose when availability closes by selecting a custom date.

View SCORM reports

SCORM reports provide insights into learner progress, completion status, assessment performance, time spent, and other data reported by your SCORM package.

Navigate to Reports > SCORM Reports to access these reports.

SCORM Reports support the same reporting capabilities as Sales and Transaction Reports, including filters, columns, custom views, and data export. For detailed information on using reports, see Sales and Transaction Reports.

Notes

Note: TrainerCentral displays only the data tracked and reported by your SCORM package. To view metrics such as course progress, completion percentage, time spent, lesson progress, or assessment scores, configure your SCORM package to track and report these data points when creating it in your SCORM authoring tool.
