Configure Actions in Zapier
By integrating with Zapier, you can invite a learner directly to a course or an academy in TrainerCentral. Kindly make sure you've enabled this integration under the Integrations Tab under your TrainerCentral academy before you configure this in Zapier.
To invite a prospect to an academy/course
1. Navigate to zapier.com and choose the apps you wish to integrate. Here under TriainerCentral, you can choose to either invite a learner to a course or an academy as part of the list of actions offered.
2. Once you've connected the trigger account, you can add your TrainerCentral account to implement the actions offered.
3. Once you've connected your account, kindly make sure you grant access to all security and privacy terms for the integration to function seamlessly.
4. If you have multiple portals in your account, you can choose any one academy for this integration.
5. You can now customise the map by specifying the fields that you wish to map across both products and add them in the fields as shown below. For example, the value from column A in you Google Sheet can correspond to the First Name in an enrolment.
Note: When you invite a prospect to a course hosted in your academy, kindly make sure you follow the same steps shared in this page and also specify the course to which you wish to enrol the user to in Course field.
6. Once customised, you can test the Zap to ensure if all nodes and workflows are functioning properly.
7. Once the test is successful, you can review the Zap and take it live.
