Configure Taxes in TrainerCentral

Configure Taxes (Applicable only to Indian and UK users)

If your payment settings are configured under the countries 'India' or 'United Kingdom', you can very well configure taxes for your tickets that you've added to your courses.

To configure taxes:


1. Click on Settings in the left pane and choose Tax Settings under the Payments Tab.



2. Enter the GST code of your business and your tax settings will automatically be configured and ready.



3. You can choose your preferred default tax preference specifying your Interstate and Intrastate tax rates.


Tax exemption:


Tax exemptions are allowances that you can configure so that taxes do not apply to your course tickets. If incase, you wish to offer your course price without adding taxes, or you wish to account your course sales as non-taxable to suit your convenience, you can add these tax exemptions to your academy which you can use across all your tickets.




Whenever you want any ticket to be non-taxable, you can just specify this exemption and taxes will not applied or calculated for that particular course subscription ticket.



Disable Taxes


You can disable the configured taxes by clicking on the Disable tax option in the top right under Tax Settings in the Payments Tab.
