How can I invite a learner to an academy?

1. Navigate to the Users pane from the left menu and click on Add learners.

2. Enter their name and email address to invite the learner to you academy

How can I invite a learner to a course?

When you invite a learner to your academy, you can choose to enroll them to a course, click on the enroll to a course check box and choose a course for them to be invited to it. You can also grant free access to this course when you invite them.

Can I create an account for my learner in my academy?

When you invite a learner to your academy, you can create a password protected account for them by entering a password in the Create password checkbox.

How do I bulk invite prospects to my academy?

When inviting learners to an academy, you can choose to invite multiple learners in bulk by uploading a file of their names and email addresses after which you can invite all at once.

Where can I see the enrollment details of a student?

Navigate to the Users pane and click on a learner's email address. You can view the enrollment details, progress report and course purchase history of any particular learner.

How can I search and find the details of a particular learner?

Navigate to the Users pane and you can search bar in this tab to search for any particular learner in your academy.

How do I filter a learner by Country or activity status?

TrainerCentral offers various kinds of parameters to filter out a learner in your academy. The various filters we use are shown in the screenshot below. You can use any combination of these filters to filter out a learner and understand the dynamics of your user base.

How can I save a particular filter which I frequently use?

Any filter that you configure or frequently use can be saved using the save filter option. Click on Save filter after you've specified the parameters for your required filter.
